How do I pay?

A non-refundable session fee is due at booking to reserve your spot. You will receive an invoice upon booking and a contract/questionnaire. Both are required in 48 hours. Your payment for digital collections are due 24 hours prior to your session.

What if my baby is fussy the whole time?

I promise I work on the baby’s time. It is very important to me to follow the baby’s lead during the session. Please follow my newborn prep guide to help the session go more smoothly.

What if we need to reschedule the viewing and ordering session?

It will be $100 to reschedule. Please get with all decision makers to ensure they are able to come. Going over prices and what heirlooms you are interested in will give you a head start. Try to get familiar with what you absolutely want to buy. At your viewing, I promise I will help guide you in what you are looking for.

NO SHOWS - If a client is no call no show for their scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable nor transferable. The session fee must be repaid to reschedule.

When should I book my session?

As soon as possible! Currently we are only taking around 4 sessions a month.

When is the best time to book my maternity session?
Maternity sessions typically take place between 32-36 weeks, however it is best to book 1-2 months in advance to ensure our availability. Your maternity session can actually take place throughout your pregnancy, that time is just suggested to allow for a nice round belly and to ensure the safety of our moms.

When is the best time to book my newborn session?

The best time to book your newborn session is when you’re still pregnant. This ensures you can take advantage of our guaranteed availability policy. Newborn sessions typically occur between 5-14 days old, but can still take place the first several weeks of baby’s life.

When is the best time to book my one year milestone?
It is best to book 1-2 months in advance. This ensures availability and allows you to get your photos back in time to print for invitations and/or banners.

Are parents included in the session? What about sibling and family portraits?
Yes! You have the opportunity to choose between a baby only session or to include family. We will discuss this during your initial consultation to see which choice best fits your need.

Do you have props and outfits or do I have to provide them?

Our studio is fully stocked with wooden props, buckets, headbands, outfits, gowns, bodysuits, and so much more! You are not required to bring anything to your session, however, if you’d like to bring anything to include in your session we can discuss it during your initial consultation.

What type of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of luxurious and high quality print products to display in your home or gift to family. Our available print products include acrylic wall art, canvases, albums, and beautiful folio image boxes. We also currently offer digital image only packages, but because of the different quality of labs we high recommend printing with us to ensure the best possibly print.

Where will the photos take place?

Most sessions will be taken out of my home studio located in central El Paso. Outdoor sessions are available upon request. We also will are willing to travel depending on certain circumstances that we will discuss during our initial consultation.

How do I schedule my newborn session if I don’t know when my baby will be born?

When you book you are now protected by our guaranteed availability policy. This means that even if baby arrives early or later than anticipated you are still guaranteed to have have your session in the recommended time frame.

What if my baby is already here and/or is older than 10 days?

Occasionally I do have last minute availability! There is no worries, I have photographed babies up until 3 weeks, with success. Although I will say, older babies sometimes may be harder to pose as opposed to a newborn, but it is possible.
