El Paso High School Prom | Dezarae Jane Photography

I could almost cry typing this because this session was near and dear to my heart. I got to photograph my little brother and his friends' senior prom. I still see him as this tiny little kid, even though he now stands taller than me. Some of these kids in the photo have been friends with my brother since kindergarten so it was absolutely insane to see them all grown up. They were all students of El Paso High which is great since it's the most beautiful school in El Paso. I'm not just saying that because I graduated from there about 6 years ago now. We actually had started the photos at Tom Lea Park. This park is located on Rim Road and has a beautiful view of El Paso. Then we headed down to the school, it was cloudy when we had begun and by the time we got there it was pouring! Lucky for us it seems like the rain is either going on for hours or it's a few minutes then stops, and we only had to standby for a few minutes. We then rushed to get the pictures done just in case it started pouring again, and were able to tie up the session dry. I'm so happy I was able to capture and be a part of this session, and I know the kids enjoyed their prom night!
